Payment for products ordered is through Sage Pay (formerly known as Protx), a secure payment provider used by many leading e-commerce sites.
DELIVERY & PACKING
Due to recent changes in the way Royal Mail classifies our tubes as parcels rather than packet rate letters, we have taken the sad decision not to offer Royal Mail as a delivery option, as our signed courier service is actually cheaper. We therefore have one delivery option for the UK and one for international destinations.
UK Courier delivery: £5.75
International delivery: £15.00
Your order should be delivered within 5 working days of ordering for UK destinations, for overseas destinations, this may be slightly longer, and we will contact you with an estimated shipping time prior to despatch in this case.
If you do not receive your order by this time, please contact us immediately.
In the unlikely event that you need to return your goods for refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, by telephone on 0844 880 4540 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then give you a Returned Goods Authorisation Number (RGAN). Goods are returned at your cost, and we will refund any postage charges if the return is due to faulty goods. We reserve the right not to offer a refund if you have not contacted us for a RGAN before shipping the goods back.
